On behalf of the Territorial Commander, Commissioner Brad Bailey, it is my privilege to share with you information regarding international appointments and promotions proposed by the International Appointments Board and agreed by the General.
EFFECTIVE 1 AUGUST 2023
COLONEL EVIE DIAZ, an officer of the USA Central Territory currently serving as Chief Secretary, Canada and Bermuda Territory is appointed as Territorial Commander, USA Central Territory. She will take up her new appointment responsibilities with the rank of commissioner. She will succeed Commissioner Bradford Bailey, who along with Commissioner Heidi Bailey, will be retiring from active service.
I know you will also join me in praying God’s richest blessing upon our comrade as she preparesd to assume her new appointment responsibilities
