Secretaries for Program Announced

Majors Jonathan and Barbara Rich, Area Commanders of the North Texas Area Command in Dallas/Fort Worth since 2015, have been appointed as Territorial Secretary for Program and Assistant Secretary for Program in the Central Territory, effective July 1, 2020. They will assume these responsibilities with the rank of Lt. Colonel.
