Territorial Commander Commissioner Paul R. Seiler shares the following changes of appointments:
- Effective October 1, 2016, Major Evie Diaz, currently serving as Divisional Commander in the Kansas and Western Missouri Division, is appointed as Assistant Chief Secretary (Administration) at International Headquarters (IHQ) with the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel.
- Effective November 1, 2016, Majors Phillip and Deslea Maxwell, officers of the Australia East Territory currently serving at IHQ, are appointed to the Kansas and Western Missouri Division. Major Phillip Maxwell is appointed as Divisional Commander, and Major Deslea Maxwell is appointed as Divisional Director of Women’s Ministries.
