Heatwoles to serve International Appointment

COLONELS MERLE AND DAWN HEATWOLE, officers of the USA Central Territory currently serving respectively as National Chief Secretary and National Secretary for Women’s Ministries in the USA, are appointed to International Headquarters.  Colonel Merle Heatwole is appointed as International Secretary for the Americas and Caribbean, and Colonel Dawn Heatwole as Zonal Secretary for Women’s Ministries, the Americas and Caribbean.  They will take up their appointment responsibilities with the rank of commissioner – Colonel Dawn Heatwole on November 1, 2015 and Colonel Merle Heatwole on November 2, 2015.
