Managing Stress During the COVID-19 Crisis

The COVID-19 crisis has impacted the mental health of both adults and young people. In an amazingly short period of time, millions of Americans have lost their jobs and have been forced to self-quarantine at home. Not surprisingly, the crisis has deeply affected our sense of personal and family health, and financial status. It is normal to feel anxiety, confusion and a degree of fear, as well as to experience disruptions in sleeping, eating, and relationship patterns during this crisis.
