Lt. Colonels Ralph and Susan Bukiewicz, Central officers currently serving in the territory as Secretary for Personnel and Officer Resource and Development Department Secretary, respectively, are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, USA Southern Territory. They will take up their new appointments with the rank of colonel effective July 1, 2017.
