Using your talents for World Services/Self-Denial

It can be tempting to answer the call to contribute to World Services/Self-Denial with an emphatic, “But I don’t have anything to give!” True, giving up so others can receive is difficult stuff—especially when you have burdens of your own weighing you down. But it’s not just about donating money.

Each person in the Body of Christ has been gifted by God in some way. Paul reminds believers that every function of the body matters. In other words, every person in the Body of Christ has a purpose—and something to give.
