This week, the international Salvation Army is praying specifically for our brothers and sisters in the Mexico territory. Here is some information to help you as you pray:
- Zone: Americas and Caribbean
- Territorial leaders: Commissioners Oscar and Ana Rosa Sanchez, who lead 132 active and 44 retired officers
- Languages in which the gospel is preached: Spanish
- This territory includes 53 corps and one outpost, with 1,926 senior soldiers, 1,590 junior soldiers, and 1,392 adherents.
Here are some specific prayer requests from the Mexico territory:
- Territorial leadership and territorial team
- Training college spring campaign
- Cadets and officers of the training college
- Divisional leaders and staff of the four divisions
- Social programs that are attending immigrants in the north and south of the country
- Women’s ministries camps in every division
- Retired officers who are facing health issues
- Protection for the Salvationists who live in places where violence has increased
- Delegates, instructors and organizers of the Latin American College for Officers (LACO) which will take place in May 2020
