Pray Around the World — Bangladesh command

This week, the international Salvation Army is praying specifically for the Bangladesh command. Here is some information to help you as you pray:

  • Zone: South Asia
  • Officer commanding: Lt. Colonel Alister Philip who leads 84 active and 2 retired officers
  • Languages in which the gospel is preached: Bengali, English
  • There are 32 corps and 2 outposts in the Bangladesh command, with 1,108 senior soldiers, 1,202 adherents, and 158 junior soldiers

  • Safety and security of Christians in Bangladesh
