This year skip the five dollar “white elephant” gift-exchange; instead, give your gift to children in need around the world. Your donation will help bring a meal, a gift or a celebration to thousands of children in Salvation Army children’s homes, schools and centers.
During the months of September and October you can visit the Share Your Christmas Joy website to watch the promotional video and share it with your friends. Talk to your corps officers about showing the video on Sundays, during youth programs, and even at your scrapbooking classes and men’s basketball leagues!
As Christmastime approaches take time to think about the great memories you have formed with loved ones over the years. They are so precious! Let’s work together to help children around the world have the special memories of Christmas! Please donate and encourage others to donate as well!
